1、根据人事外包协议，提供人事外包客户服务；
2、收集客户员工办理正式录用及社会保险的有关材料；
3、跟进客户需求，及时反馈并完成工作进程；
4、负责解答客户人事外包方面操作问题、并协助客户服务主任提供客户解决方案。

职位要求：
1、大专以上学历、一年以上人事岗位相关工作经验；
2、熟悉员工录用、当地的社会保险的操作流程及相关劳动人事法规；
3、工作细致主动，具备极强的服务意识及能力；
4、具备独立工作和沟通协调能力；
5、较强的亲和力，悟性高；
6、良好的职业道德、能保守工作机密。
