Title: Operational Purchaser & order following manager

It is purchasers responsibility to make sure all departments of the company stick to the time planning-ORDER CONTROL!

Orders to be produced on time according to the quality standard required, no delay policy!

Function: 1,Reciwing the order

2,Process the order in the Software syste

3,send note to finance for processing invoice

4,Send the Purchase order to the supplier

5,Make a production time planning send updates to customer

6,Follow the order, be up to date on lead-time

7,Accompany supplier and customer in case of technical problems, get help from engineering and quality department

8,visit suppliers during production orders to discuss order progress

9,send QC when batch is finished, sometimes join QC and control QC here planing plays an important role

10,get the production release if QC inspection releases the goods for shipping

11,if QC does not release discuss wth customer and GM a solution

12,Collect/gather all documents for ISO and Order Archive

13,Send Quality inspection report to customer and ask fr approval

14,Organize logistics of the orders

15,Notify finace about the schedule and notify finance to invoice

16,Get order delivery release from finance

17,Send customers the ETA of the delivery

18,After delivery evaluate with the team

19,in case of remarks, notes or problems note for repeat order to improve in future

20,close and store the order
