职位描述：
1、负责公司自有品牌整盘统筹、管理，包括前期规划、风格定位、系列产品开发；
2、负责统筹所有产品的设计开发及相关包装等设计工作；
3、负责优化设计部门的产品开发流程及工作流程，保证新品款型及材料的市场适应度
4、负责设计部门人才培养及团队建设；
5、负责设计部人员的日常管理及业务指导；
6、完成公司交付的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、10年以上工作经验，5年以上中高层同等职位技术研发管理经验，中级以上职称；
2、具有丰富的、全面的产品设计、研发知识和经验；有一定的管理魄力。
3、熟悉玩具或家居用品行业技术发展流行趋势，并精通相关技术工艺。
4、能独立承担和领导团队的新技术、新产品开发；
5、具备优秀的市场敏锐度及创新意识。
6、善于团队建设、管理，良好的协调能力和沟通能力；
