Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for leading consumer logistic team (planning and shipping) to realize business objectives: timely fulfill customer orders and project request.

Key areas of accountability:
? Coaching and developing the competency of Consumer team to support business need;
? Review customer contracts before final agreement.
? Leading Consumer team (including planning and shipping) to fulfil customer demands timely;
? Leading Consumer team to monitor and control the excess risks during product EOL phase;
? Working with customers and Account Manager to conclude a clear agreement on PO/forecast liability;
? Leading Sub-contractor for production and delivery planning.
? Collaborate with Sub-contractor or internal colleagues for material availability or quality issues;
? Collaborate with Sub-contractor or cross functional team for capacity mapping and installation;
? Making sure inventory is controlled within defined stock level (for VMI business);
? Making sure Consumer team are complying with company procedures/SOPs;
? Making sure all the KPIs are met and driving for continuous improvement;
? Making sure all reports (MMFC/MPS etc..) are updated timely by the Consumer team;
? Working with customers and Account Manager to set up the Supply Chain flow (warehouse/forwarder/EDI/ASN etc.) for new projects when needed;
? Working with Project team to plan properly on material available plan to ensure timely mass production for new project and avoid scrap risks due to design change;

Job scope:
Work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties, lead a consumer logistic team on daily operations. Decisions are made with professional knowledge and have partly impacts to consumer supply chain team. Tasks can be different and require prompt and accurate judgment.

Qualification:
? Academic / Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree or equivalent
? Working Experience: 8 years above for supply chain and planning background. Know ERP system.
? Expertise / Skills :Have good understanding of Supply Chain and integral business concept /experience of capacity and production planning /Incoterms (FOB, CIP, CIF, DAP, DDP etc.) / the industrial and PCP process
? Able to lead a team and drive cross functional team for target achievement,
? Able to work with MFG/Pro and standard office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
? Language skills: Fluent English on both writing and verbal
? Personal Attributes: Able to work under pressure/ Proactive and taking initiatives /Excellent communication skills/ Analytical, flexible and customer oriented attitude/ Highly motivated and a drive for improvement
