Main Purpose of the job:
He take all technology responsibility in injection area, he is charge of process, setting of process Parameter, problem solving in production, CIP, safety device. Take part in project development, and also responsible for Product & process design and implementation.


Responsibilities:

1.Relevant job in project team
Take part in new equipment installation, adjustment and acceptance, include documentary.
Support new plant building and layout.
New machine production capacity and PPK review.
Make quality standard according to product specification.

2.Serial production technology job
Take part in product test plan.
Make instructional document of machine operation and maintenance.

3.Problem solving in production
Co-operate with maintenance to repair and maintenance machine
Solving SMED problem of injection machine
Take part in the test and analysis of customer reject product.

4.Production management
Take part in production cost control and calculation.
Take part in process audit and take corrective action

5.Process Engineer
Manage the product interface with product development team.
Participate to the Manufacturing Engineering network and lead production trial.
Integrate ergonomics principles in product and production line design.


Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have/be Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum 4 years experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector
Knowledge and experience in Project management process
Knowledge of Production System Efficiency basics
Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
