Main Job Duties (工作职责):

1) To liaise with Merchandiser / Suppliers on cookware product quality to meet the requirements.
与采购员和供应商保持紧密联系，确保厨房用具的品质符合要求。
2) To conduct product testing/quality checking at factories, warehouse, etc based on the company quality standard and information contained in the PO, product specification.
根据公司订单的质量标准和产品规格在工厂、仓库等对产品进行测试和质量检测。
3) To follow pre-assigned quality inspection schedule in accordance to instruction of Quality Manager and Planner
按照质检经理和计划员分配的质检安排表执行工作任务。
4) To train inspector on assigned quality task in product inspection & supervision of container loading at operation sites and to verify full compliance with packing list stacking requirements as well as instruction given by the Quality Manager and Planner.
指导质检员进行产品的质检工作，在运营点监督装箱发货，确保装箱符合质检经理和计划员的装箱要求和说明。
5) To train inspector to draft and prepare inspection/audit reports and to record all details in accordance with audit procedures and inspection results.
指导质检员起草和准备质检和测试报告，记录所有的质检程序和检测结果。
6) To support and assist any quality problem solving and to support solutions formulation in relating to quality assurance and audit
协助和支持解决质检问题，协助制定相关的质量审计方案。
7) To conduct factory/vendor quality audit and to prepare and draft assessment report.
负责评审工厂和供应商资质，提交评估报告。
8) To take up any ad hoc assignments assigned by Planner and Quality Manager
处理质检经理和计划员安排的临时工作。
9) Frequently business trip is required.
需要经常出差。

Requirements(职位要求）:
1) Diploma holder or equivalent degree is required.
全日制大专以上学历；
2) Effective oral and written communication skills in Mandarin & English
具有良好的国语和英语的口头和书写能力；
3) Minimum 5 years relevant experience, prior experience in cookware product is a must
５年以上相关的质检管理工作经验，有厨房用具经验优先考虑；
4) Prior experience on kitchenware and houseware is preferred
具有厨房和家居用品质检管理经验优先考虑；
5) Familiar with European Market is an added advantage
熟悉欧洲市场；
6) Strong knowledge of cookeware, good skill of inspection.
精通厨房用具知识和质检技术；
7) Understand AQL, aluminium& stainless steel cookware requirement is required.
熟悉AQL、铝及不锈钢厨具产品要求；
8) Good computer knowledge & MS applications (Word, Excel)
精通电脑知识和软件(Word, Excel)。
