大专以上学历，从事机械制造业（模具制造、机加工）技术/工程工作10年以上，从事同等管理岗位3年以上；
熟练使用solidworks/pro/e,等设计制图软件；
熟悉各类模具；夹具；机电一体化；设备管理；
有独立研发、设计、制造指导能力；
有丰富的管理经验，有协调能力，有沟通能力。

Our joint venture for a manufacturing enterprise, with independent import and export rights, is mainly engaged in the production of high-end outdoor sporting goods, research and development,and export sales, with advanced processing equipment and excellent working environment for workers. Ningbo Telfid, engaged in hunting industry and outdoor sporting goods market for several years, is made of three divisions in China and and a main office in Wisconsin USA. These three divisions are: Precision Machinery, Outdoor Traveling and Outdoor Sporting Goods.Almost all hard and soft hunting products are included here, and about 70% hunting products you see in North American market are from us.
