Job Function:

1、 Responsible to the procedure and management of the working process of Commercial Department.

2、 Working out with people concerned for the annual commercial budget and quarterly budget realization.

3、 Improve the overall revenue through full analysis and then provide actionable strategies to achieve this objective.

4、 Periodically organize the market research, provide the efficient information for GM’s strategy.

5、 Coordinate the relationship with customers, relative authorities and establish the long term and stable cooperation with them.

6、 Make out the market developing plan; lead the department to expand the market share.

7、 Draw up the proper price policy.

8、 Responsible to the customer’s visit, negotiation and quotation.

9、 Responsible to the contract management and help to shorten DSO.

l0、Make sure that the customer requirements are fully informed and delivered to the relevant departments.

Minimum requirements:

1、Degree with 5 years relevant experience in sales and commercial with strong managerial and team supervision/ development experience.

2、Preferably with good working knowledge in Petroleum / Petrochemicals.

3、Experience in relevant industry with deep business process related understanding of technical and operational processes, initiatives, market trends and industry pricing structure.
