Key Responsibilities:

-Be part of the Penske highly engaged, highly caliber, highly effective Business Development &Sales and Solution team
-Develop strategies for sales and marketing to achieve targeted growth and maximize market opportunities
-Articulate customers' needs and develop solutions. Be able to present to senior level people from customers
-Develop and enhance thought leadership in targeted industries, i.e. Automotive, Industrial, Health Care, etc
-Get engaged in solution development for new customers

Goals:
-Be able to achieve sales target
-Develop a potential customer pipeline of good quality
-Be able to contribute to Transportation Management service development
-Maintain good customer relationship

Qualifications/Requirements:
-A Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related degree or a minimum of five years working at 3PL industry
-Prefer with operational experience in the areas warehouse management, domestic transportation and international freight management.
-Results driven, proven record in building up customer base and closing deals
-Good presentation skills
-Proactive internal and external customer service attitude
-Strong business acumen
-Self driven
-Flexible to travel regionally
