1. 2 years of related experience
2. College degree or technical training in engineering or management aspect.
3. Medium to skilled English skills to communicate with purchasing group in US based parent company
4. Self-starter working with minimal supervision and willingness to perform multiple tasks to insure company success.
5. Familiar the purchasing process and able to source for good suppliers with good pricing
6. Good in price negotiation skills and able to negotiate for good pricing.
7. Able to prepare purchasing and shipping plan, pricing and cost reduction proposal in English.
8. Able travel to suppliers for initial suppliers assessment and follow up with shipment and delivery status.
9. Able to arrange shipments with factories and forwarding company
10. Familiar with ERP systems to issue PO, enter receiving, inventory count, etc.
