Duties:

1. Build up and develop the sales of injection machines mainly in the P.R. of China and the rest of Asia;

2. Build up and manage the sales team of Machinery;

3. Market research, determination market approach and marketing mix, definition of targeted buyers and projects, preparation and implementation of business plan for reaching sales targets.

4. Identify and approach potential new clients of the injection machine, convince them of the benefits of products and oversee projects to successful conclusions.

5. You will establish a continual transfer of expertise between China and the business units of head office, develop necessary marketing and sales activities with these entities and

6. coordinate market requirements.

7. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

1. You have a sound technical background (in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a similar field) combined with several years' vocational experience and an excellent command of English. You will also be receptive to Chinese culture.

2. Familiar with the domestic market of injection molding very well, ability to manage a sales team. At least 8-year sales and management experience;

3. Ideally, you will have gained experience in selling technical products abroad.

4. As someone who enthusiastically welcomes the prospect of travel, you are prepared to take on this role from a base in Shanghai.

5. Attributes such as commitment, flexibility, good communication skills, diligence and a sound negotiating ability complete your profile.
