Accountabilities:

- Manages the training activities in order to ensure that they meet the required objectives and they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively;

- Design training course structure and curriculum;

- Deliver training course independently for staff level;

- Design and production of training materials, brochures and other tool kits;

- Making training plan and report monthly;

- Maintains and analyzes organization and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs;

- Maintains strong connections with SHA office or other branch.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in training; Minimum 1 year training experience in logistics industry;

- Knowledge of instructional design;

- Must be a quick learner, works under pressure;

- Good presentation and communication skills;

- Demonstrate proficient English communication skill both on writing and speaking;

- Good command of PC skills: word, excel, PPT, email and internet etc.
