Key responsibilities

As small appliance Engineering manager (Located in Ningbo)your main tasks will be the following:
- Define requirements for small appliance products based on product specification
-Guide inspectors to continuously improve our products
- Evaluate test results and create new solutions and improvements
- Responsible for testing and certificate needed for our market.

- Supplier quality assessment
- Check the shipment samples and inspections report.

- Prepare the technical file for each product,.

- Communicate with supplier and engineer from head quarter to solve technical problem and improve product quality and technology according to safety standard and head quarter’s requirement.

-Report to foreigner.

Competencies needed

Knowledge and experiences
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering or similar knowledge level
-Above 5 years of experience in small appliance field.

- Working experience of setting up and run tests according to international standards
- Experience of working in industry&trade.
- At least 2 years team leader experience.

Skills
- Creative and pro-active in translating knowledge into proposals for improvements
- Excellent ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to deal with several tasks in parallel.
- Strong capability to communicate (oral, written and graphic) at all levels of the own product organization, as well as with external suppliers, testing institutes etc..
- Process and target oriented.
- Good analytical skills

-Good communication skill.

- Fluently speaking and writing in English.
