Job Description:

1. Purchasing Management
a. Lead and administer with US based Supply Chain team
b. Develop Purchasing systems to meet the Operation’s quality and environmental requirements
c. Assure on-time aggregate product supply
d. Coordinate with QA on vendor audit
e. Responsible for complaints handling (returns, claims, etc) for incoming materials;
f. Responsible of all arrangements regarding incoming customs and security filings
2. Supplier Sourcing
a. Establish and develop a solid Supplier Management
b. Develop, execute and monitor long term relationship with suppliers
c. Develop and maintain specifications and supplier performance criteria. Monitor supplier performance and promote continuous improvement
d. Organize supplier assessment and evaluation
e. Work with management to identify cost negotiation and pricing opportunities for margin improvement
f. Work with suppliers to negotiate long term contracts including negotiations on x-rate and metals index
3. Reporting and Purchasing filing management
a. Optimize and document purchasing management process
b. Maintain suppliers adherence to purchasing policies and relevant supplier certifications.

Ideal Candidate must have:

Bachelor’s degree in purchasing, quality or business
At least 10 years of experience in purchasing required buying a variety of commodities and at least 3 years experience in a managerial position.
Must have good communication skills, computer skills and data-analysis skills
Prior experience in dealing with US company, a plus
Must submit resume’ in English
