? Requires thorough knowledge of drafting techniques, engineering terminology, tooling design, injection molding and manufacturing process and materials of plastic products
? 3 – 5 years of tooling design and drafting working experience
? Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
? Ability to work effectively under pressure; strong problem solving skills
? Proficient using Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet

1. 熟练使用Solidworks/Pro E, 3D drafting, AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat
2. 了解注塑工艺，懂模具结构，能够根据产品或产品结构图设计模具，能判断已有模具图是否合理，了解塑料材料特性
3. 能够根据现有产品绘制产品结构图
4. 有较强的处理问题的能力，抗压能力强
5. 有3-5年的塑料模具设计经验者优先考虑
