Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform inspections onsite at the supplier
Do sample checks at the lab
Assists and support engineers in any function that requires assistance of inspectors
Operate test equipments
Assists Quality Manager in the implementation of GMP at suppliers
Assists Quality Manager with supplier audits
Relay inspection result to supplier management or representative
Monitor and assists in the rework of rejected items
Write inspection reports

Qualifications:

Able to organize and prepare various documents, forms, reports and correspondence as required
Must be able to write inspection reports in english
Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Work effectively with minimum supervision
Willingness to accept responsibility and extra work assignment
Knows how to use different measuring instruments like caliper, torque tester, vacuum chamber, etc
Must be able to travel to different areas with short notice
Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently
Knowledge of inspection sampling plans & QC processes
Willing to work long hours and overtime
Experience working with personal care items, plastic products, dispensers, etc
Computer literate, especially excel

供应商驻厂验货
在实验室进行样品检验
在工作中为质量工程师提供必要的协助
操作实验设备
协助质量经理在供应商处实施GMP管理
协助质量经理做好供应商审核
完成日常检验报告
监督供应商的返工和整改

能够按要求完成各种文件，表格，报告
能够独立完成英文检验报告
愿意遵守公司规章制度
能自觉工作，愿意挑战自我
能操作不同的检测工具，如：卡尺，扭力扳手，真空箱
能经常出差
有塑料件，日常用品，喷嘴等塑胶件的检验经验
能独立，高效工作
必要时愿意加班
基本的计算机使用技能，如Excel等
