Job Purpose/Job Objectives 岗位目标

The Finance Manager supervises all daily business financial functions within the dealership. S/He is
responsible for all financial reports based on group and legal requirements. Furthermore s/he is consulting the General Manager with financial analysis for important strategic financial company decisions.
S/He ensures that local regulations and laws, in particular tax laws and commercial laws are
aligned with company rules.

Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:

? Monitoring of daily accounting and monthly closing
? Supervising of monthly and annual tax filing and reporting
? Organizing yearly audit and group reporting
? Ensure and align the company’s cash flow with the company strategy
? Establish with the company management the company’s financial policies
? Manage interface between functional department and finance department in terms of budget planning
? Oversee and control departmental budget planning
? Generate and provide vital accounting/financial information (reports) to help management make informed business decisions
? Oversee investment/project budgets
? Responsible for analyzing and generating reports to determine the overall financial status of programs and projects
? Develop the finance team utilizing performance management tools including coaching, mentoring and recommending appropriate training activities
? Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guidelines by Group and Manufacturer
? Regular monitoring, analyzing and enhancing of all established work related processes according to Group /Manufacturer regulations
? Attend all relevant trainings provided by Group / Manufacturer
? Coordination and support of financial requirements for Contracts, Subcontracts, Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable



Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力

? At least 5 years managing experience in a financial department , working Experience in international companies are a plus
? University degree in accounting/controlling or a related discipline
? Understanding and imposing Group/manufacturer philosophy, image and identity
? Be a representative (“ambassador”) of the brand in all customer contacts and other aspects
? Familiar with all areas of accounting: G/L, A/R, A/P, FA
? Familiar with Chinese Accounting Principle (PRC GAAP), International Accounting Standard (IFRS) is a plus
? Familiar with all areas of tax regulations (CIT, VAT, IIT, BT, other local taxes, ….)
? Strong knowledge about government, federal state and local regulations
? Enthusiasm for car products and services
? Honest and reliable personality
? Self-motivated
? Proven decision making ability
? Proficient computer skills (MS office, financial software)
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
? Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
? Ability to work independently as well as in teams
? Works well under pressure
? Excellent organisational skills
? Willing to learn and to adapt to change
