Lead the contract factories quality system includes the Supplier Quality Engineering, Process Quality, Document Control/ISO, Reliability Test and Customer Quality issue etc.

Job Description:

· Lead the Quality Department operation set the department goal and follows up the performance, working for the department long term development and continues improvement.

· Communicates quality requirement and results to other groups, both written and verbal.

· Promote Quality and Customer satisfaction awareness on the whole factory wide.

· Working with the factory other department/group as the team for the all the problem solving and focus on the preventive action.

· Handle all the customer related quality issue.

· Other duties and special as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have the following:

· Over seven years experience of leading trading company Quality organizations.

· Able to set the department goal and follow up the performance. Strong management and communication skill in need.

· Able to organize the department operation properly, assign the necessary source for the team.

· Strong teamwork awareness and problem solving skill.

· Able to design the department development plan, and have the ability on the project management.

· Must be able to design and develop the quality system refer the ISO standards and customer standard.

· Able to quickly learn the new knowledge and technology.

· Able to work safely and practice safety procedure at all times while working on equipment. The safety awareness is must.

· Can handle all the customer quality issue.

· Good communication skill for the both internal and external, and good English skill is required.
