Key responsibilities主要职责:

1. Working with Team center and UG to cooperate with technical department overseas to finish design task;

2. Create, check and correct BOM and drawings, communicate and get confirm with supplier, other department in local and overseas;

3. Cooperate with Engineering, Quality and Production to finish FMEA for new products;

4. Check and communicate with supplier for their drawing and specification;

5. Communicate to make sure drawing is consist with latest standard, data in JDE is sufficient for production and consist with the data in Overseas;

6. Confirm alternative standard for UNI, cooperate with engineering to confirm alternative material;

7. Cooperate with financial department to find reference code with cost for new code without cost;

8. Double check stack-up for assembly;

9. Double check stress of material;

10. Comprehensive consider the needs of production, assembly structure, the actual required performance, with support from Engineering Department to determine if concession is acceptable for the parts not pass QC's preliminary inspection;

11. Cooperate with other department for solving the problem of no good parts available for production.

12. Translate, forward and follow Engineering Change Notice from Overseas;

13. Receiving NCR from Shanghai, contact customer and involved department in company, follow and push for problem solving and quality improvement;

14. Perform site service as required;

15. Summarizes information from related customer and department, push problem solving of after sales;

16. Collect information for quality cost;

17. Prepare final after sales report;

18. Finish other tasks as company need, like physical counting…

Requirement要求

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical;

2. At least 3 yrs experiences, master UG/CATIA, Teamcenter/Smarteam, Auto CAD or Pro-E

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high efficient, honest and result driven;

4. Gear design background is a plus;

5. Good EN as working language;
