Job description: 职位概述：

1. Set up purchase team, build up purchase and logistic policy;

建立采购物流队伍，制定采购物流制度；

2. Lead customer care to accept orders, arrange annual and monthly delivery plan to client, guarantee prompt delivery to end user;

领导客服人员接受销售订单，安排年度和月交货计划，安排给客户准时发货；

3. Manage warehouse, monitoring in and out of raw material, finished goods, keep true and real record;

规范化仓库，监控原料和成品等的出入库，准确和真实的库存和实物一致，物料分类和堆放有序。

4. Manage import and export;

管理产品的进出口和通关的准确和及时性；

5. Interview and training purchase and logistic;

面试，培训采购物流相关人；

6. Lead purchase team to fulfill the following:

领导采购团队完成下列任务：

Seek good suppliers in home and aboard, do supplier assessment and grading;

寻找国内外优秀的供应商，进行供应商审查和评判工作；

Build up supplier information and filing system;

建立供应商信息和管理系统；

Do price negotiation and manage contract terms and conditions;

和供应商价格谈判，对合同条款进行规范；

Track delivery, customs clearance, payment, accounts payable and receivable;

跟踪已订立合同的交货，通关，付款，对账和应收账款等；

Deal with non-conformity, settle crisis;

不合格产品的处理，解决各种危机；

Out-sourcing development and management;

外包厂家的开发和管理；

Global sourcing and exporting

完成原料或零件的出口供应；

Set production, assembling and logistics plan according to orders;

按照订单制定生产安装和出货计划；

Do weekly monthly work report, call for production, purchase/logistics and quality department meeting;

处理周、月工作报告，召开生产，采购物流和质量等部门的协调会

7. Do cash call budget;

负责现金流的预算；

8. Manage project bidding;

管理项目，招标和关键合同；

9. Do performance evaluation

Job qualification: 任职要求：

1. Bachelor or above;

本科或以上

2. Major in Mechanical, International Trading, English or Logistics;

机械，国际贸易，英语或物流专业

3. 8 years purchase and logistics working experience, prefer in big manufacturing or foreign investment, 5 years of which in management position

8年以上制造业或外资企业采购物流工作经历，5年以上管理经验；

4. Excellent written and spoken English skill;

优秀的英文书面口语能力；

5. Familiar with MS office, ERP, and etc software;

熟悉各类办公软件操作；

6. Strong in supplier development and management, logistics skill;

非常熟悉供应商开发，管理，物流知识；

7. Excellent communication skill;
