> Responsibility
- Work as quality representative among a sourcing team when a new project is launching
- Develop quality management plan for new project(covering all aspects of functionality, reliability, safety and approbation)
- Factory audit and follow-up to support supplier selection( Quality Assurance, Quality Control and factory accreditation including but not limited to)
- Product testing follow-up
- Ensure products comply to required directives and act as "advisory" centre for compliance issues to suppliers and customers
- Other qualify activities implementation

> Requirement
- Result- orientated thinking and organized working style required to manage multiple projects on a timely and controlled manner
- Technical and compliance knowledge in luminaries/lighting fixture products
- At least 5 years quality working experience
- Proactive, team- player, take pressure ,high self-motivated, eager to win
- Quality experience in lighting industry is preferred
- CET 4 and above, fluent English
- Bachelor and above
