JOB SUMMARY 工作概述:

?To assure that exact and reliable information is collected in the accounting system in order to support reporting and the “decision making” process. Permanent check and follow-up of internal and external accounting procedures application in the company.

? 确保会计系统的信息准确可靠为报表和“决策”程序提供支持。持续检查和跟踪内部和外部会计程序在公司中的应用。

MAIN MISSION 主要职责:
?Monthly GL entries for payroll, bonus provision, amortization, local freight accrual, interest expense accrual, PR accrual etc.
?Maintain fixed assets register and monthly depreciation
?Stocktaking arrangement and reports
?Monthly and annual closing and produce financial statement in according to PRC GAAP on time
?Analyze various between standard cost and actual cost
?Account transaction for export refund and import material
?Assist in preparation of financial report to Finance/ Statistical Bureau
?Coordinate with various department to facilitate internal and external audits
?会计分录处理:应付工资、奖金预提、费用摊销、运费预提、利息计提和相关费用的预提
?固定资产的登记和计提折旧
?存货盘点安排和准备盘点报告
?月末和年末结帐按中国会计制度及时完成会计报表
?标准成本和实际成本差异分析
?出口退税和进料加工的帐务处理
?完成财政局和统计局需要的报表
?和相关部门合作使内部和外部审计更容易

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 工作经验及学历要求:
?College graduated, at least 3 years general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (Automotive preferred)
?本科以上学历，3年以上制造业财务工作经验（汽车行业优先）
