Position Responsibilities:
?Providing pre-sale and post-sale support on thermal & elemental analysis (TEA) products
?Help sales team to meet the target of the product line which responded;
?Providing instrument show and running sample per request by sales team;
?Providing products training for internal and external customers;
?Providing application support based on the requirement of customer
?Collecting products and application information, preparing sales tools for sales team;

Education & Experience Request:
?Minimum of two years direct customer contact experience with preference for technical support area;
?Experiences with thermal & elemental analysis techniques, related analytical instrumentation knowledge are desirable;
?University degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or related field
