Job summary

• Map and evaluated core business processes
• Define all business systemrequirementsand identify and assess general technology solutions to support and address requirements as well as improve, streamline and automate process
• Identify, assess and evaluatedifferent ERP system options and technology solution with third party providers, and make recommendation for most cost and result effective solution
• Define and map out a project plan for a companywide transition and implementation
• Provide high-level estimate of required project resources and cost
• Lead re-engineering process across all departments to improve operational efficiencyand define system requirements in detail
• Ensure smooth ERP development by including key stakeholders and users
• Plan and lead system implementation and change process with a cross- functional team across all offices including actual system transition and testing
• Prepare and maintain a well-structured technical documentation of all system and process development works

Job Requirements

• Degree in computer science / software engineering / MIS.
• At least 8 years practical experience insystem definition &implementation, particularly familiar with retailing, trading and distribution business model, min. 2 years at managerial position.
• Knowledge and experience with a wide range of ERP systems such as Oracle R11i/SAP/JD Edwards
• Strong analytical mind and sense of responsibility, organized, attention to details and enthusiastic in technological advancement
• Proven process mapping skills and change management experience
• Proven track record of successful project execution either as an in-house or external project manager
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• High motivation and can-do attitude
• Very good English skills
