Objectives/Key Responsibilities:

 Provide technical service to customers in China, mainly in South China.

 Work with Sales and Product Development Engineers to troubleshoot customers’ technical problems.

 Work with product portfolio manager for new product launch.

 Define product specification based on customers’ requirements and plant capability.

 Closely follow daily production, allocate right product for customers.

 Perform technical seminar for key customers and internal personnel.

 Updating competitors’ grades in the regions in order to understand competitors’ activities and our product SWOT.

Profile Requirement:

 Master or Ph.D degree in Polymer Science/ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Materials Engineering with at least 5 years experience.

 Good understanding of polymer structure, its properties and its performance.

 Experience in plastic compound and plastic process, especially in injection and extrusion, will be added advantages.

 Good communication with all levels and customers.

 Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
