1.中专（含）以上学历；
2.对机械制图有识图能力，对机械加工和金属切削有基本的认识；
3.能够拆卸、清洁、调整刀具，对刀具的几何角度及质量控制有所了解；
4.会使用ZOLLER和MAPAL调刀仪者优先考虑；
5.吃苦耐劳、有责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
6.家住嘉定娄塘附近者优先考虑。
