Job Responsibility:

1. Order processing follow up closely;

. Get order and forecast through email or EDI.

. Work out delivery schedule together with internal team and commit to customer

. Ensure on time delivery to customer and make shipping documents.

2. MRP II system maintain timely:

. Load demand into QAD system

. Weekly adjust system with latest update

. Monthly adjust with long term forecast

3. FG inventory control and analysis

4. OTD score card

5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualification:

1. 5 years above customer service experience.

2. Good CS sense and Incoterms knowledge is preferred.

3. Familiar with MRPII system, QAD knowledge is preferred.

4. Fluent English command

5. Bachelor degree or above.

6. Automotive eEnterprise working experience is preferred
