JOB DUTIES

1) Leading Problem Resolution Activities. Complete projects relating to quality and other issues. Lead the team to ensure efficient and effective problem solving.

2) Monitor and lead systemic problem analysis & resolution. Develop a process to identify systemic problems. Lead product and process performance improvements based priority assessment.

3) Training and Coaching. As a problem solving expert, you will be expected to support the plants in developing their own problem solving skills. Plan, schedule and deliver the Problem Solving training globaly through practical approach.

4) Problem Solving Strategy Development and Deployment. Update and revise the problem solving toolbox as required. Support plants’ implementation planning activities. Develop problem solving supporting material and outcome metrics.

Qualifications

Minimum Proven self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate skills in structured problem solving with a variety of tools, in both manufacturing and transactional areas.

Demonstrated proficiency in theoretical and practical application of problem solving tools, such as Six sigma, RedX, Shainin, and other.

Capable and willing to lead, train, mentor in a team environment.

Strong project management, problem solving and written communication skills required.

Influencing skill at a level required to implement change in a challenging environment.

Proficiency in multiple computer programs is required (i.e. Power Point, Excel).

Global mobility – travel time is assumed to be at 50% or more based on current business needs. Preferred

Previous Problem Solving ( Six Sigma, Statistical Engineering) certification and experience gained .

Proficiency in project management and problem solving computer programs is preffered (i.e. Microsoft Project, MiniTab)

Extensive international working experience.
