岗位职责：

- 负责准确地输入日常订单信息（含新订单信息，更新订单信息）
- 协助跟单及船务团队处理订单
- 处理邮件快递等事务
- 主动跟进订单生产信息
- 协助采购专员完成工作目标及计划，并与供应商维持良好关系
- 能在上级指导下有系统及高效地量化工作的要求，并学习在能力范围内为上司提供合适的解决方案。

任职要求：
- 中专以上学历
- 熟练的听、说、写英语能力
- 年以上办公室文职经验，尤以熟悉套餐外贸业务流程及独立处理订单经验为佳
- 熟练操作办公软件Microsoft office（Excel、Word）
- 具备独立分析技能，对数字敏感度高，懂更新信息的用途
- 具有熟练的英语读写能力，能独立用英语交流及书写邮件
- 具有良好的团队合作能力，并能独立完成工作
- 认真细致，有团队精神，性格开朗成熟，积极乐观及能在压力环境下工作。
