JOB SUMMARY:
Provide sales, service and technical support for specific territories. Develop and implement territory sales strategies. Responsible for meeting sales and expense budget objectives. Provide and direct the tactical execution of conceptual sales strategies and implementation of contractual agreements.

RESPONSIBILITY:
? Achieve the sales budget for a defined area.
? Manage activity with area expense budget.
? Strong capability to identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
? Proactively taking the lead in project pursuits, developing project pursuit strategies and account management.
? Develop and maintain good customers relationship
? Participates in the Seminars and Training to customers
? Provides product, installation and application training for OEM/end users
? Provide reports and feedback on competitive activities, market intelligence, including prices and products on a periodic basis
? Other jobs assigned by BDM.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
? Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.
? Excellent presentation and communication skills.
? Ability to communicate effectively at management and hourly maintenance levels.
? Knowledge of manufacturing process flow.
? Ability to work under pressure and rapidly changing priorities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
? Minimum 5-6 years’ sales experience in industrial components, Mechanical Seal, Packing or Polymer Seal experience will be a PLUS.
? Familiar with Valve/Pump/Mixer/Hydraulic Cylinder market especially high-end market.
? Bachelor of Engineering degree preferred.

? Good selling, presentation and negotiation skills
