职位描述
Job Description:
1. work as project leader, cordinate with project engineer team / vendor's project/ customer team to achieve project milestones and target.
2. Active as a communication window to customer and vendor during whole project life process, understand customer's expectation and convert customer's requirement to the team, and filting and share the necessary information to vendor's team or oursource manpower. Update the progress to customer regularly.
3. Prepare and update the Project managerment files, including project task list, project schedule, open issue list, weekly progress report,conference call summary and presentaion for any defined topic from customer.
4. Search key components vendor and key outsource consultant for the project.
5. develop vendor for new product development project if we don't have suitable exist vendor list. Make factory audit and prepare audit report.
6. Make product / project cost analysis, including BOM cost analysis and whole project expense anaylsis.
7. Visit vendor and consultant facility and solve the problems during project progress.
8. Cordinate with project engineer for design review / product file update/ define quality creatia.
9. orgnize project team / customer conference call.
10. organize customer team visit or 3rd party audit.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automation Engineer / Material Technology/ Electronic Science.
2.At least 5 years working experience in home appliance industry as structure engineer, design manager and/or project
manager.
3. At least 3 years experience work in OEM / OEM project which initiated from Western Companies.
4. Be familiar with necessary tools for proper design achivements like DFMEA (DOE and other 6 sigma tools).
5. Have common knowladge of Tooling/ plastic material/ printed circuit boards, be able to communicate with technical experts in above mentioned industry.
6. Good Spoken english and writen english, be able to orgnize conference call with team member from different country.
7. Be able to work with colleague from different country and culture background.
8. Good skill of PPT presentation, Microsoft Project, Excel.
