岗位职责Responsilities：

1. 给予供应商关于TAO质量标准适当的培训和一些基本的质量管理体系知识；

Give TAO Quality SIP to suppliers and give basic training or help to set up SIP

2. 协助供应商关于8D不良原因分析，以及供应商改善措施方案可行性分析和验证；

Follow up the 8D supplier corrective and preventive actions, until case closed

3. 现场跟进供应商质量问题，帮助供应商找到根本原因并跟踪纠正措施；

On site monitor about suppliers quality control, help suppliers find the root cause and solutions of any quality issue

4. 在供应商装柜前进行质量检验，已确保物料满足TAO质量标准；

Quality inspection at supplier side before shipping to TAO, ensure the goods meet TAO Quality SIP

5. 结合TAO的SIP帮助供应商制定相应的SOP；

Help suppliers to improve the process control about quality, such like set up SOP based on TAO quality SIP.

任职资格 Requirement:

1.三年以上供应商质量控制经验

3 years plus supplier quality control experience

2.能够适应长期出差

Willing to travel and good mobility

3. 主动、仔细& 结果导向

Proactive, careful & result oriented

4. 良好的时间管理能力*

Good time management skills.

5. 熟悉流程控制和质量控制

Good process control and quality control
