职位描述

岗位职责
1、中层管理职位,负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划,制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度;
2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估;
3、负责公司人力资源战略的执行;
4、规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作;
5、负责人力资源内部的组织管理;
6、分析相关资料,进行企业人力资源诊断,并对相关政策进行完善。


任职资格
1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历;
2、三至四年餐饮业人力资源工作经验,英语流利;
3、熟悉人力资源招聘、员工入职、离职、社会保险,薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程;
4、熟悉国家各项劳动、工资、保险、个人所得税及社会保险福利人事法规政策;
5、熟悉企业薪酬体系建立及流程;
6、执行力强,具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力,有亲和力,较强的责任感与敬业精神;
7、熟练使用常用办公软件及网络应用。




Job Responsibilities

1.As a middle manager, the HR manager is responsible for making and executing HR related plans as well as developing, participating in or assisting the upper management team in devising HR-related policies.
2.Daily administration including managing, guiding, training and evaluating personnel.
3、
Executes HR strategic plans of the company.
4、
Plans, supervises, coordinates and trains in the management of recruitment, staff welfare, training, KPI specifications, staff relations.
5、
Internal management of the HR department including development of an employee-oriented, quality-focused company culture that emphasizes corporate and personal growth, high performance, organic development, and continuous improvement.
6、
Proactively executes reviews and analyses of relevant HR reports and prepares recommendations for improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience
1、
Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline.
2、
At least 3 years working experience gained from the food and beverage industry. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
3、
Knowledge and understanding of full spectrum of HR disciplines (e.g. recruiting, on-boarding, resignation, social security, payroll, KPI and training etc.)
4、
Must be familiar with China Labor Law, as well as the most current regulations covering compensation, salary, security [same as social security?], workforce safety, individual income tax, social security, etc.
5、
Solid knowledge base of the establishment and management of payroll, bonus system, and allowance;
6、
Strong skills in efficient execution, communications, interpersonal relations, contingency management, problem-solving, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and dedication.
7、
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
8. Experience with international companies and current trends in the international HR field would be a strong plus.
