Objective of Role
Set, maintain and improve standards and strategies for technical support of
the Purchasing activity, continuously identifying and addressing internal and
external customers’ needs
Key Duties/Responsibilities
1. Technical and management support to projects:
External customers support related activities:
a) Assist current and potential customers to identify those unfulfilled Purchasing related
needs that can be addressed with services provided
b) Promote frequent meetings with customers to assure expectations are continuously
met and drive the business to continuously achieve a high-satisfaction level
Internal customers support related activities:
c) Support and provide input senior management meetings.
d) Provide input to improve internal processes used to conduct business.
e) Support identification of internal strengths and weaknesses to establish plans that
allow achieving revenue targets.
Training and Personnel development related activities:
a) Develop a core team of SQA engineers with strong knowledge of basic SQA skills,
Conduct employees appraisals at defined intervals and facilitate establishment of
appropriate communication channels to solve employee’s issues
APQP related activities:
a) Assure that all SQA personnel has enough understanding and practical experience in
deploying basic Total Quality Management tools, such as APQP, at suppliers sites
Purchasing related activities:
a) Implement & support to the supplier sourcing process
General related activities:
a) SQA Automotive Manufacturers knowledge of Quality Systems Standards
(ISO/QS/TS)
b) APQP tools: FMEA, SPC and blueprint reading (i.e.: GD&T)

Requirement:
Bachelor degree above
5 years experience in Automotive supplier development roles
excellent PC skills,Office,Access
Auto CAD skills
Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
