职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches on time and budget. Ensure that these teams achieve all
customer and company requirements for new programs including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer
satisfication - a "flawless launch".
2. Ensure the advanced product quality planning (APQP) process is established, documented, implemented and followed
according to QS-9000/TS16949 procedures.
3. Serve as primary customer liaison during launch becoming fluent in customer launch systems and documentation
requirements
4. Ensure the team holds design reviews and establish actions to reduce potential failure modes and manage program risk.
Communicate variance to plan early so issues can be addressed.
5. Maintain program cost reporting against budget.
6.Coordinate with R&D Production department to make sure the project program going smoothly and on schedule with quality
Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Preferably at least 6 years'related experience (Eg, quality, new product introduction) in manufacturing industry (automotive experience an advantage)
3. Full business English in both oral and written.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Mature and responsible leader with the ability to both work in teams as well as to lead, drive and motivate teams.
6. Evaluate and manage risk. Assess priorities and critical path to enable successful product launches with available resource.
7. Willing to travel when required
The working location will be in Ningbo Beilun.travles needed in China and Europe
