Responsibilities:

1. Manage and track projects that are focused on electrical parts and harness testing system improvement and development Determine appropriate projects, project scope, saving target, timeline
2. Support RFP & RFQ formation
3. Follow up the project progress and lead to completion.
4. Evaluate electrical requirements to develop electrical block diagram and design related electrical components
5. To perform the design and review of Schematic, Layout, Simulation, BOM, DFMEA, etc.
6. To perform the electrical debug and verification.
7. To execute failure analysis during DV/EMC test and follow open issues till to closure
8. Participate in supplier technical evaluation & assessment, and support supplier development opportunities.
9. To provide manufacturing support and customer field support.
10. Apply cost reduction principals (VA/VE, Six Sigma, and Lean).

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or above in Electronics, Instrumentation or Automation, with +5 years of industrial experience in electronics design or automotive testing system.
2. Proficiency in analogue/digital circuit design, Worst Case Analysis, Simulation, EMC design and FMEA.
3. Good communication &coordination skill, and problem solving capability.
4. 4. English capability, both written & speaking required.
