1. 协助总经理编制公司中长期发展规划，审定年度生产、销售综合计划，提出季度工厂奋斗目标和中心工作及重大措施方案；

To assist the general manager in the preparation of the company long-term development planning, audited annual production, sales of integrated planning, put forward the factory goal, center work and major measures for quarter;

2. 负责设计工厂的改造计划、设计工厂的产品布局和工序间的协调；

Responsible for coordinate design factory transformation plan and interprocess of the product overall arrangement;
3. 配合组织审定技术管理标准，拟制生产工艺流程，审核新产品开发方案，并组织试生产，不断提高产品的市场竞争力；

Draft the technological process of production, audit new product development program, and organization pilot production with the standard validation technology management organization, continuously improve the market competitiveness of products;

4. 负责组织生产现场管理工作，重视环境保护工作，抓好劳动防护管理和制订环保措施计划；

Responsible for organization point of production, pay attention to environmental protection, draw up the plan of the environmental protection , make great efforts to labor fence management;
5. 加强管理，确保工厂各部门和各类人员职责、权限规范化，建立质量管理体系；

The establishment of quality management system and strengthen management, ensure that all departments in the factory and all kinds of personnel responsibilities, rights standardization;
6. 及时拟制年、季、月度生产统计报表。认真做好生产统计核算基础管理工作，重视原始记录、台账、统计报表管理工作，确保统计核算规范化、统计数据的正确性；

Draft the annual, quarter, monthly production statistics form without delay. complete production statistical accounting basic management work , pay attention to original record, standing book, statistical statement management work, ensure that normalize and validity for statistical accounting;
7. 督导工厂各部门的日常生产活动，定期召开有关会议，发现问题、分析原因，采取有效措施，确保生产线正常运转；

Supervision the daily production activities of all the departments in the factory, held regular meetings, find the problems, analyze the causes, take effective measures, to ensure the normal operation of the production line;
8. 抓好生产统计分析报告。定期进行生产统计分析、经济活动分析报告会，总结经验、找出存在的问题，提出改进工作的意见和建议；

Make great efforts to manufacturing statistics to analysis report. Production of regular statistical analysis, economic analysis report, sum up experience, find out the existing problems, put forward comments and suggestions;
9. 负责做好生产设备、计量器具维护检修工作。结合生产任务，合理的安排生产设备、计量器具计划，确保设备维护保修所须的正常时间；
Responsible for complete maintain service of production equipment and measuring instrument. Reasonable measuring production equipment and measuring instrument plan according to the production task, ensure the normal warranty period required for equipment maintenance;
10. 负责做好生产调度管理工作。强化调度管理、严肃调度纪律，提高一线管理人员生产专业知识和业务管理水平，平衡综合生产能力，合理安排生产作业时间，平衡用电、节约能源；

Responsible for complete production dispatching management work. Strengthen dispatching management, earnest dispatch discipline, improved line management production staff of professional knowledge and business management level, balanced comprehensive production capacity, reasonable arrangements for the production operation time, balance the use of electricity, energy saving;

11. 贯彻、执行公司的成本控制目标，积极减少厂区的各种成本，确保在提高产量、保证质量的前提下不断降低生产成本；

12. 负责拟定本部门目标、工作计划。组织实施、检查监督及控制；
