1.高中以上学历，数控专业技校毕业，能够熟练地进行操作，至少有相关工作经验2年以上。

High school or above, CNC professional technical school graduates, can skillfully operate, at least 2 years relevant working experience.

2.能看懂机械图纸，掌握常用数控车床的各种型号、规格、性能、结构、传动系统、数控系统和一般调整方法。

Can read machine drawing, grasp the common CNC lathes of various models, specifications, performance, structure, transmission system, control system and general adjustment method.

3.了解常用刀具的种类、牌号、规格、性能和维护保养方法。

Understand the variety, mark, specification and the maintenance methods of the tool.

4.编制复杂零件的数控加工程序。

Authorized strength the complex parts of the numerical control program.

5.解决数控车床在加工中的技术难题；能配合维修人员对设备进行一级保养。

To solve technical problems in the process of NC lathe; can be matched with the repair personnel of maintenance of equipment.

6.分析工作中产生废品的原因。

Cause analysis for waste of working time.

7.加工程序的输入、输出以及工件参数输入、修改等项目的基本操作。

Elementary operation of project include input and output of machining program and input and amend and input the parameter .

8.利用数控车床专用夹具和组合夹具装夹工件、进行工件和原点设置并加工零件。
