Job Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of sales experience. Automotive industry would be preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical, Engineering, Economics;
3. Capable in the problem solving independent;
4. Skillful in communication with people of different types, ability of clearly expressing the problems;
5. A good aware of team work cooperation, willing to support the team members;
6. Honest, positive, diligent, and disciplined;
7. Be optimistic, and persistent to achieve defined targets;
8. Skillful in using Microsoft Office;
9. Fluent Mandarin and English in speaking and writing.

Job Description:
Maintain and develop tesa business in east China automotive components suppliers.
1. Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers. Maintain the existed business and explore potential business opportunities, identify and pursue new business to achieve the annual sales target;
2. Spec-in the new application & product coming from Europe. Cooperate with global sales team to develop and create strategic customers in China;
3. Quotation packages preparation to customer. The responsibility includes price and annual contract negotiation with customer;
4. Good sense of market competition situation, collect and analyze market information, share the information with the cross –function team to strengthen the business in OEMs and components supplier side;
5. Coordinate and communicate between external customers and internal colleague.
