1. 财会类专业，有会计上岗证者优先；
2. 英语CET-4以上，读写流利；
3. 良好的工作态度，学习能力，合作精神，高效率完成工作任务，能在高压下工作；
4. 熟练应用Office办公软件，仔细认真；
5. 听从上级安排，积极主动完成上级交付的工作；
6. 有较高地稳定性和持续性.
