Job Responsibility
1.Manager the Financial Reporting, Cash management, Billing and Accounts Receivable,Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Taxes and Financial Planning and Analysis.

2.Work closely with operating line management to continually monitor manufacturing productivity improvement, promote operational efficiency, analyze the economic value of all capital expenditures, monitor inventory levels and yields and assist in the responsibilities for planning, budgeting,financial analysis and establishing strong cost controls.

3.Contribute to strategic planning and development of the China Market
4.Manage to the company internal control policies/systems/processes
5.Manage the ERP system master maintenance and as the internal trainer.

岗位职责

1.管理财务报表、现金管理、开票和应收帐款、应付帐款、存货控制、成本核算、预算、税收、财务规划及分析；
2.密切配合产线管理，持续监控并促进产线效率及运营效率的提升，分析资本支出的经济价值，监控库存水平和收益效率，协助负责计划、预算、财务分析并建立成本管控；
3.致力于中国市场的战略规划和发展；
4.公司内部财务政策/系统/流程的管理；

5.ERP系统的管理及维护，及对内的系统培训；

Qualification:
1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting of Financing
2.At least 5 years experience in manufacturing plant, being a financial strategist with a strong understanding of standard cost accounting, budgeting and working capital management.Have strong experience with foreign ERP system, Fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin

任职资格
1.财务及会计相关专业本科毕业

2.5年以上大型制造业财务相关工作经验，对于标准成本，预算，营运资本等财务规划方面有丰富经验，对于ERP系统有较强的经验，英语及中文听说读写流利
