Preferably in the outdoor furniture industry with 3-5 years experience on factory related issues. Has good knowledge of the factory base in outdoor furniture and can help source new suppliers. Experience in QC from a retailer based program is a plus.

Have experience working with factory on the follow through of orders.

Able to negotiate pricing, understanding production capacity and ship plan.

Understanding the constant change in the USA market to fulfill our needs for competitive pricing, therefore sourcing good suppliers.

Good command in English is a must. Able to communicate with our colleagues in USA.

The ability to establish strong relationship with existing and new suppliers and assisting them in growing existing and new business.

Must travel within China.

Hardworking and responsive.
