职位描述:

1.负责前台接待，接听总机电话并转接，热情礼貌的接待公司来访客户

2.快递信函和货品的收发登记

3.机票、酒店预定

4.办公文具、设备及办公室其它日常所需物质的订购和管理

5.行政各类月结费用统计、分析

6.监督维护办公环境的整洁有序

7.协助确保公司电脑的稳定运营，包括系统，网络服务器，邮件服务器以及所有的硬件设备和应用软件

8.确保日常最终用户的IT支持工作

9.行政部临时工作的配合

职位要求:

1.一年工作经历，有外企工作经验者及办公室行政管理经验者优先考虑

2.计算机/行政/文秘类相关专业毕业

3.工作积极主动，认真负责，能够有效地处理和组织各种活动

4.有亲和力，有良好团队合作精神

5.大专学历，大学英语四级或以上，良好的英文书面及口语能力

6.深入了解邮件服务器，网络服务器，工作流程系统和相关的网络环境

7.熟练使用office办公软件(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)及各种办公设备
