Job Title 客服

Reports to 客服部经理

Location 宁波

Purpose

• 与海运操作紧密合作，提供稳定和高效的服务，确保货物按照客户要求装船。

Primary Responsibilities

· 与客户进行协调，并确保客户的要求得到满足。

· 负责货物出运的日常协调及计划工作。

• 监控客户的货量支持。
• 处理相关单证。

· 受理托书，保证客人及时收到进仓通知书。

· 做为操作与客户间的联系纽带，与操作紧密联系以实现客户的要求。

· 客户开发，维护，管理。

· 处理日常客户询问，并及时上报。

Qualifications / Experience

• 至少2-3年货代经验。
• 懂报关流程及国际物流要求。

• 流畅的普通话表达能力，善于书面和口头交流。
• 做事认真仔细，准确，能够有效地问题。.
