Senior Quality Engineer (Ningbo): 高级质量工程师（宁波）
This position will be responsible for high-level quality on-site at our suppliers’ factories. Main objective is to drive continuous improvement of safety & functional manufacturing defects, review suppliers’ quality processes, review production quality levels, and improve Quality Systems. Efforts will concentrate on reviewing weekly manufacturing defect data, root-cause analysis, prioritize improvements, and corrective actions.
？ University degree (Engineering) required
？ 5+ years experience in Quality related field or manufacturing Quality management.
？ Registered Quality Engineer is preferred.
？ Experience with electrical products and new product development is required. Knowledge of molding and manufacturing is required.
？ Can use fundamental Quality tools (SPC, Cpk, etc.)
？ Experience with factory audits and inspection
？ Leadership and good interpersonal skills are required
？ Capable of driving improvements
？ Very good spoken and written English
