职位职能: Quality Assurance

职位描述:
Fusion Packaging总部设在美国。由于业务的快速发展，我们的宁波分公司需要一位QA。工作地点是在中国宁波。公司提供五险一金及其它相应福利。
职位和职责：
? 制定和执行模具验收的测试及验收标准，以及进入量产的必要工作。
? 制定和跟进项目进行的时间表。
? 与美国和亚洲的质量管理部门紧密配合。
? 对生产部门提供技术支持，包括对生产中出现的相关技术问题进行分析并解决。
任职资格和要求：
? 要求技术工程或相关技术专业的大专以上学历。
? 两年以上工作经验，化妆品包材行业工作经验优先。
? 模具验收经验。
? 必须具备基本的英语书面表达和英语口语技能。
? 能看懂和理解详细的产品及零件图纸。
? 熟练掌握电脑工具 (MS Windows, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat等)
? 能适应经常到工厂出差。
技能：
? 有良好的口头和书面表达能力及擅长表述和建立有效的人际关系的能力
? 有良好的组织能力与项目管理能力

Quality Assurance

Headquartered in USA and manufacturing globally, Fusion Packaging is a global leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of packaging for the skin care and cosmetic markets. We are currently looking for a QA who can manage the technical aspects of our Asian assets. This position is based in Ningbo, China.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Execute mold qualification programs. And all aspects for mass production.
? Develop and execute project timelines.
? Work closely with Quality Teams (in both the USA and Asia).
? Technical support and troubleshoot technical issues within the company as well as for suppliers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

? Minimum of Junior college degree e in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
? 2+ years experience, with Health and Beauty product packaging is plus.
? Basic written and verbal English language skill.
? Mold qualification experience (for injection and blow molds).
? Ability to read and understand detailed CAD drawings and component blueprints.
? Computer proficiency required (MS Windows, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
? Frequent travelling to factories is required.

SKILLS:

? Must have excellent written and oral communication skills along with a strong aptitude for making presentations and establishing effective interpersonal relationships.
? Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation, materials and technical information.
