工作职责：

1) 安排所有相关订单样单的发货
2) 与工厂，货代协调处理储运相关的问题
3) 与工厂，货代紧密配合且及时跟进订单，确保订单按期出运
4) 检查核对相关单据
5) 与其他相关部门保持通畅的联系，及时传递相关储运信息


任职要求:

1) 一年以上工作经验
2) 熟悉外贸业务储运操作流程，熟练操作空运，海运发货
3) 良好团队协作和沟通协调能力，认真负责
4) 能合理安排工作时间，工作有条理，能够及时有效地完成工作
5) 英语熟练
6) 熟练使用常用办公软件

Job Responsibility:

1) Manage all official purchase orders as well as sample orders shipment.
2) Settle all shipment issues with vendors and forwarders.
3) Work close with forwarders and vendors on order schedule follow up and anticipate issues.
4) Ensure orders to be delivered on time.
5) Ensure the correctness of all shipping documents.
6) Keep all concerned parties informed about shipment activity timely.


Job Requirements:

1) At least 1 year working experience.
2) Be familiar with international transportation, customs policy, especially for air & ocean shipment.
3) Good team work attitude.
4) Methodical work organization. Act fast and efficiently.
5) Diplomacy and good verbal and written communication skills.
6) Fluent in English.
7) Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office).
