Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the suppliers new project development with APQP tools, and catch the project time schedule on time and in time.
2. Examining and releasing the first sample test report (EMPB/PPAP) from the supplier with regard to dimensions, functions, materials and surface properties statements, possibly also conducting random sample checks of the dimensions listed in the EMPB/PPAP or initiating laboratory investigations.
3. Conducting the necessary audits, process acceptances and Full Run Tests within the context of APQP activities at the supplier.
4. Quality audit on potential suppliers.
5. Filing and maintaining the records and documents in PDM and other stipulated systems.
6. Cooperate with the other department, defining the training plan for all team members.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, science major related.
2. Fluent English in oral and written, proficient computer skills.
3. Up to 5 years’ SQA related work experience, SQA experience in automotive industry is preferred.
4. Good knowledge of quality management, PPAP, production engineering, communication & presentation, project management.

Location: Jiaxing, Zhejiang.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
