职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Assistant manager to set up, maintain and optimize the financial process, procedures, to make sure a timely and appropriate book-keeping in the company. Ensure that all systems (financial and operational) provide accurate, timely and meaningful data (Flash report, comments, KPI,etc.) for management action and decision making .
2. Assistant manager to lead and direct all internal financial areas, including costing, management accounting, internal control, business planning, budget/rolling forecast preparation and tracking and risk management.
3. Assistant manager to implement strengthened financial policies, procedures and systems, Ensure that the business operations comply with Hella policies and procedures as well as local regulations.
4. Assistant manager to provide financial leadership in all quoting, cost estimating and project appropriation request preparation, option analysis.
5. Assistant manager to develop appropriate measurements of the company’s performance, work with managers to achieve the results, and communicate these results to senior management.
6. Assistant manager to optimize cash management, to make sure the funding requirement of company fulfilled under a economic approach.
7. Follow the taxation regulations to make sure no tax risks, minimum the tax burden under a legal frame.
8. Coach, motivate, improve the knowledge, attitude and skill of sub-ordinates, to make sure the professional development of the team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with business, accounting, or finance.
2. English and Chinese should be good at both oral and written.
3. More than 6 years’ work experience in accounting, controlling or commercial related area.
4. Familiar with ERP system, experience with SAP is a plus, high business orientated, be able to focus on details.
5. Excellent communication skill, especially in an international environment, honest and high trustworthy.
Location: Jiaxing, Zhejiang.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
