Responsibilities:
A . Logistics cost estimation/calculation
1. Monthly logistics cost review, together with related teams, e.g warehouse, import-export team.
2. Cost Center Planning with supervisors.
B. Logistics Concept Definition
1. Packaging concept definition ( OPEX)
2. Logistics operation process definition, incl material flow, internal and external
C. Material Master set-up for all related materials. (purchase, production, storage, delivery)
Verify the master data setup in SAP to ensure the accuracy for MRP running
D. LSP Selection and Management (Sourcing, evaluation, audit, etc.)
1. Participate to Sourcing Committee for each logistics supplier selection
2. To evaluate the service quality and failure mode control.
E. Controlling of all ramp-up projects.
1. Pre-deliveries plan before SOP – Customer planner/ Warehouse
2. Pre-production plan before SOP – Production planner/ Warehouse
3. Pre-material plan before SOP – Material Planner/ Warehouse
F. Inventory Optimization
1. Fully support logistics manager to define the control method for inventory reduction.
2. Min Max setup with planning supervisors.
3. Inventory tracker distribution list to planning teams
4. Organize Physical inventory accounting by ‘1231 and ‘0531
G. Obsolete Material Reduction
1. Obsolete reduction follow up and reporting
2. EO provision with FICO
H. ECM Management
Concerning to logistics topic for ECM and Set up the final inventory target after EOP
I. Any special project nominated by high management team

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering Management/ Logistics/ Business Admin.
2. Up to 3 years’ logistics management related work experience.
3. SAP using experience is a must.
4. Good communication skill, project management, Microsoft Office.
5. Fluent English in oral and writing.
